About the Program
NCDHHS is partnering with Labcorp to pilot a program to provide no-cost, at-home COVID-19 testing kits to individuals in North Carolina. For the initial pilot, NCDHHS is partnering with the state’s Food and Nutrition Services and various disabilities services to target high-risk populations, including underprivileged and/or disabled persons, who may have difficulty accessing existing state-funding testing sites and resources. Eligible residents over the age of 18 who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or believe that they may have been exposed may order a testing kit directly from this page. Food and Nutrition Service
Current beneficiaries of North Carolina Food and Nutrition Services (formerly called the Food Stamp Program), who may have difficulty accessing existing state-funded testing sites and resources.
Persons with disabilities such as cognitive/intellectual, physical and sensory, substance abuse, mental health and other disabilities that impact their ability to access COVID-19 testing sites.
