Pixel by LabCorp Refund Policy 

The following policy applies to purchases made through Pixel.labcorp.com.

Kits purchased through any unauthorized reseller are not eligible for any refund, cancellation, or replacement. In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellation, or replacement, customers must provide proof of purchase from Pixel by LabCorp.


Orders cannot be cancelled after your kit has been shipped.


If you do not receive your kit, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your pixel.labcorp.com order.

Within 30 days of the purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund less $5.40 per test kit for the non-refundable physician order fee and a $29.00 kit fee provided that your kit has not been submitted to the lab. We will not issue a refund if our laboratory has begun processing your kit.

Pixel by LabCorp cannot accept returned/unused kits. If you do not wish to continue with your tests, we ask that you dispose of it.

Any refunds provided under this policy will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase and will be processed within 21 business days of confirmation by Customer Support that the conditions of the refund have been met.

At the time your refund is requested and we confirm that your sample has not begun processing in our laboratory, we will invalidate your kit ID and any sample sent to our laboratory using that kit will not be processed.


Replacements kits can be mailed for any of the following circumstances:

  • Kit was received damaged or expired
  • Kit was never received
  • Missing kit components
